MPR combines chiropractic and joint care, movement assessment, soft-tissue work, corrective exercise, and rehab planning. The mix is based on what your assessment shows, not a preset template.
Services at Marando Performance and Rehabilitation
A service hub for assessment-led chiropractic, soft-tissue care, dry needling, rehabilitation, movement assessment, taping, orthotics, and rehab support.
MPR does not sell a menu of techniques. We start with the assessment, then choose the service mix that fits the patient, the tissue involved, the movement pattern, and the goal.
Use this page as the hub. Each service cluster below explains when that type of care may be used and how it fits into a larger plan.
Chiropractic Manipulation and Mobilization
Hands-on joint care used when restricted motion, joint irritation, or movement guarding is part of the pattern.
Soft-Tissue Therapy
ART-style work, Graston-style instrument-assisted care, FDM-informed treatment, and massage-informed soft-tissue methods.
Dry Needling
A targeted option for tight, irritable, or overactive myofascial tissue when it fits the assessment and the patient is an appropriate candidate.
Rehabilitation and Corrective Exercise
Corrective exercise, progressive loading, return-to-activity planning, and home exercise built from the assessment.
Mechanical Assessment and Movement Control
McKenzie Method-style mechanical assessment plus DNS-informed movement work for posture, breathing, bracing, gait, and load control.
Taping, Orthotics, and Rehab Support
Kinesio-style taping, custom orthotics guidance, rehab products, and home tools used only when they support the plan.
How services are chosen
The right plan may use one service or several. The decision should always be explainable: what we found, why a tool is being used, what should change, and how progress will be checked.
If symptoms are condition-specific, use the Conditions We Treat hub. If you are deciding what type of care may fit, start here.
