Conditions we assess and treat
Back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, disc irritation, joint pain, sports injuries, running injuries, work injuries, and extremity pain - organized by what is driving the pattern.
Most people arrive with a label: back pain, neck pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, knee pain, headaches, or a sports injury. MPR starts there, then asks the more useful question: what is causing this pattern in your body?

Spine, disc, and nerve-related pain: Back pain, lower back pain, herniated or bulging discs, sciatica, stenosis, pinched nerve symptoms, scoliosis-related discomfort, and whiplash can all involve different drivers. We look at irritability, motion, loading tolerance, referral patterns, and when imaging or specialist input is appropriate.
Neck pain and headaches: Neck stiffness, headaches, jaw/TMJD symptoms, rib mechanics, shoulder position, desk posture, and prior injuries often overlap. Treatment is based on the pattern found in the assessment, not a generic neck protocol.
Hip, knee, ankle, and foot pain: Hip pain, knee pain, ankle/foot pain, running injuries, and lower-body joint pain often depend on how the pelvis, foot, ankle, knee, and hip share load.
Shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand pain: Shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist/hand pain, carpal tunnel symptoms, and muscle pain may involve joint mechanics, tendon load, nerve irritation, soft-tissue restriction, training volume, or work demands.
Sports, work, and post-injury cases: Sports injuries, work injuries, post-surgical limitations, muscle strains, sprains, and recurring tightness need staged care. The plan should explain what can be calmed down now, what has to be rebuilt, and what return to activity should look like.
