In-network plans, cash-pay availability, and what to confirm before your first visit.
MPR uses a hybrid payment model. The practice is in-network with BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Medicare. Cash-pay patients are also welcome.
Insurance coverage can vary by plan, so the practical next step is to book online or contact the office before your first visit if you have questions about your specific situation.
If you have any imaging, lab or prior treatment reports, please bring them to your visit. If you are not sure what applies, call first and we will tell you what is useful.
If you are coming in for a workman's comp case, bring claim information, referral paperwork, work restrictions, imaging reports, and prior treatment notes if you have them.
Cash-pay pricing and any out-of-network details can be confirmed directly with the office before being treated.
